No set up charge if you create your layout and provide a usable file.  Vector files are preferred (pdf or .ai file types), but other types are acceptable (.jpg, .tif, .psd).  Make sure resolution is at least 150 dpi at full size.  Upload using link to the right.  Make notes in the "Additional Instructions" section.
If placing a reorder, where art for FRONTSIDE is on file at Sun Graphic Technologies, select proper drop-down option under ARTWORK to the right.  If changes are needed, please specify within the "Additional Instructions" section.

There are no color limitations when printing in full-color.

Some customers prefer to punch their own attachment hole since they are already punching the dates.  Optional.
